FOUNDER/HEAD TRAINER
JUSTIN ALLIMAN
Justin Alliman is an internationally recognized basketball coach, entrepreneur, and mentor whose influence stretches across North America, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. Known for his unmatched passion for player development and community impact, Justin has built a legacy around empowering athletes both on and off the court. As the Founder and CEO of Dream Chaserzzz Basketball, Justin has created one of Canadas premier training ecosystems a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to helping athletes unlock their full potential through elite training, mentorship, and education. His programs have helped hundreds of players progress to prep schools, collegiate programs, and professional leagues around the world. Justins coaching résumé includes being an Assistant Coach with the Raptors 905 (NBA G League) and earning the title of NBA Champion in 2019 as a member of the Toronto Raptors organization. He has also coached in the NBA Summer League, working directly with high-level athletes and staff from across the NBA landscape. Beyond the court, Justin is an Official Adidas Partner, proudly representing the global brand for over six years, and the Author of the award-winning book Before My Glory which earned the Peoples Choice Award for Author of the Year. He is also the Founder of the Live Your Dream Scholarship, providing opportunities for young athletes to pursue their education while chasing their basketball dreams. Through his Building Your Basketball Business Empire mentorship program, Justin continues to empower other coaches and trainers to build sustainable, impactful basketball businesses sharing the lessons, systems, and mindset that helped him create one of the most respected training brands in the industry. Every session, camp, and event under the Dream Chaserzzz name reflects Justins mission: to inspire the next generation to dream big, work hard, and never stop chasing greatness.

COACH JULIA
Originally from Mississauga, Ontario, I attended a small French high school where I competed in ROPSSAA all four years and qualified for OFSAA twice. I went on to earn my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University, where I also played two seasons with the York Lions women’s basketball team. I’m currently continuing my academic journey at Humber College in the Massage Therapy program. I’m passionate about sports, health, and working with youth, and I’m excited to give back to the community through both education and sport

COACH BOSA
Michael Smith fell in love with basketball playing outside Newhaven Manor, inspired by legends like Michael Jordan and Baron Davis. He trained daily, often from morning until 2 AM. After being cut from his high school team, a janitor named Steve—once a Notre Dame recruit—took Michael under his wing, pushing him through intense workouts.
Despite never playing high school ball, Michael sharpened his skills through summer training, Five-Star Basketball Camp, YMCA mornings, and by winning three straight Hoop It Up tournaments. He also started a dunk team and competed in men’s leagues to build his game film.
Michael began his college career at the University of Regina but found his fit after transferring to Brandon University, where he played two seasons. He later signed a pro contract in the NBLC but was cut during training camp. After earning his degree, a torn ACL at UNBC threatened his career, but he rebounded after surgery and played overseas in Germany (Westfalen Mustangs, BC70 Soest) and Italy (Grottacalda BK).
Worn down by injuries and with family matters at home, Michael stepped away from pro basketball during the pandemic. He transitioned into training and coaching.
