Terms and Conditions By registering for the Thunder Bay × Justin Alliman Basketball Clinic, participants acknowledge and agree to the following: Non-Refundable Registration: All payments made for this clinic are non-refundable. Once your registration is completed, your spot is secured and cannot be transferred or refunded under any circumstances, including scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal reasons. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the clinic, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their paid amount. Participant Conduct: All athletes are expected to demonstrate respect toward coaches, staff, and fellow participants at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the clinic without refund. Assumption of Risk: Participants understand that basketball is a physically demanding activity and agree to participate at their own risk. The organizers, facility, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation. Media Release: By attending, participants grant permission for photos and videos captured during the clinic to be used for promotional purposes by Justin Alliman and Dream Chaserzzz. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.*
